SPECTROSCOPY AND DYNAMICS OF NONLINEAR PROCESSES IN RELATIVISTIC BACKWARD-WAVE TUBE WITH ACCOUNTING FOR EFFECTS OF SPACE CHARGE, DISSIPATION AND WAVE REFLECTIONS
